Q: How much does shipping cost?

Q: Is there free shipping?
A: Yes! Free Economy shipping is available for orders over $149.99, and free Standard shipping for orders over $300 within the U.S.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We ship internationally via Economy International at a flat rate of $59.99. Delivery times range from 6 to 18 business days.

Returns & Refunds

A: You have 30 days after receiving your order to initiate a return and request a refund.

A: Refunds are issued to the original payment method minus any applicable shipping fees and restocking fees.

Q: Who pays the shipping costs in the case of a refund when the order doesn't have free shipping?
A: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs if the original order did not qualify for free shipping.

Q: Who pays the shipping costs in the case of a refund when the order has free shipping?
A: If free shipping was applied, the actual cost of shipping may be deducted from your refund.
