Drivn Racewear Refund & Return Policy
Effective Date: August 4, 2025

We stand behind every set of gear we ship. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging

You must provide proof of purchase

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted

To begin your return, email us at support@drivnracewear.com. If approved, we’ll send a return shipping label and detailed return instructions.

CUSTOM ITEMS
Custom-made or printed gear (including screened designs, personalized details, etc.) cannot be returned, unless there's a proven defect or error caused by Drivn Racewear.

RESTOCKING FEE
A $15 restocking fee applies to all approved returns. This covers handling, inspection, and repackaging.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@drivnracewear.com with photos and your order number. We'll make it right.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
We do not accept returns on:

Sale items

Gift cards

Custom or personalized gear

Any clearance or promotional items (e.g. Black Friday, Cyber Monday)

Promotions are limited to available stock and may not be applied retroactively.

EXCHANGES
Need a different size or item?
The fastest solution is to return the original item, and once approved, place a new order separately.

REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Free returns apply only to U.S. customers

International customers must cover return shipping costs

If a package is refused, not accepted, or returned due to address issues, the customer is responsible for all return and import fees
