A: All orders are shipped from our U.S. warehouse located in Coloma, Michigan.

A: Orders are typically processed within 48 hours (Monday–Friday). Tracking info will be sent to your email once your gear ships.
Q: Can I update my shipping address after placing an order?
A: Yes — if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Email us immediately at support@drivnracewear.com. If it’s already in transit, re-routing fees may apply.
Q: What if my items are damaged during shipping?
A: We’ve got your back. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the damage. We’ll send out replacements ASAP.
Q: I received the wrong item. What now?
A: Our mistake — we’ll fix it fast. We’ll send a prepaid return label and ship the correct item at no extra cost.
Q: What if the carrier delivered my package to the wrong address?
A: Unfortunately, once it's with the carrier, we aren’t responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. Please double-check your shipping info before placing your order.
